Brill with Beurre Blanc Sauce

Preparation

  • Make a stock with smoked Kipper to add natural flavours to the Beurre Blanc.
  • Add trout roe, apple and fresh chives to the Beurre Blanc sauce.
  • Serve the Beurre Blanc sauce on top of just cooked brill.
